Penny Wall is the operator and owner of Off the Wall Dogs, a professional at-home dog grooming salon. Penny Wall, trained at a professional dog grooming school, has been a groomer for a over a decade and groomed over 50 different breeds of dogs. She is now able to provide grooming services in her own “at-home” shop, allowing her to provide a peaceful and relaxing environment for the dogs that she grooms.

Off the Wall Dogs believes the most important factor in grooming is the well-being of the animal. She strives to provide a clean and safe groom for the dog, as well as meet the needs of their owners desires!
